(9-13 days)

The OWSI program is a minimum of four days. It introduces you to the entire PADI System of diver education and concentrates on further developing your abilities as a professional dive educator.
You have 3 different options when attending your PADI IDC with Kon-Tiki Thailand. First one is that you do the whole schedule which takes 13 days. Second is that you do the first 8 topics online, so you only do the 11 days remaining on site. Third, if you are fully up-to-date with all skills and the PADI Divemaster theory you can start on day 5 with the PADI EFR instructor course which leaves you 9 days on site.
Please contact us for more information, scheduling and attractive packages for your IDC.

As a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor you will be able to teach all of the PADI main courses. However, you might wish to extend your teaching capabilities into specialty courses. This will help you become more attractive as an instructor and give students more options to choose from.
Once you have acquired 5 specialty instructor ratings you can apply for the MSDT certification. As an MSDT you will now be able to conduct courses all the way up to Master Scuba Diver level.
The MSDT course at Kon-Tiki is spread out over a number of days (schedule varies depending on the specialties chosen) and you can choose from a range of specialties to be included in your package.
