Sunset BBQ & Night Snorkeling
Join us on this afternoon tour and discover the beautiful underwaterworld by the islands surrounding Ao Nang, Krabi. The depth varies around 2 to 5 meters. During the day we have a chance to spot great numbers of different marine creatures, like parrotfish, cornetfish, clown fish and many more. These islands are very beautiful and different to the Phi Phi Islands.
After a short brake from the first snorkeling stop we will cruise to another island. Those who would like to explore some more of the underwater world can snorkel again, and if sunbathing is your thing, there is time for that too.
After the second stop we willl light up the barbeque and slowly cruise to the 3rd stop of the day. As the sunsets, we can enjoy the spectacular views and the delicious BBQ. Once the sun has set, we get ready to experience the marine life in a different way. With torches in hand, we enter the water for a night snorkel to see who is still awake, and observe the special way some fish sleep. In some places it is amazing to see the bioluminescence (phosphorescent plankton) once the lights are off. It is a whole different experience to see the fish and other marine life coming out after dark.
